I am very belated writing this email, but I wanted to tell you about my experience at the Frithwood House.

I stayed there from the 22nd of June through the 2nd of July. I was in town for work at Northwood Headquarters and I was traveling with my four month old baby and my Mom. We had a wonderful time.

Ricky and Anil did an extraordinary job. Ricky coordinated my stay with me (via phone and email) from the US and made sure that we had all of the accommodations we needed, including a baby cot and first floor room. I really appreciated both of their attention to detail and the fact that they consistently went above and beyond in their duties...from making a perfect breakfast to suggesting local restaurants to ensuring we made our early departure flight.

I just wanted to let you know that your personnel are doing a phenomenal job...and as an international traveler, I appreciated the extra TLC. Vanessa(With young Family), June 2009

Staff were welcoming, friendly and exceedingly helpful. Excellent breakfast. The accomodation is not luxurious but for the price it was better than I would have expected. Access to the tube was straightforward (though it involved a walk of about 0.5 miles).
